Video Clinic India Doctor Booking App
Simple & secure video consultation application for doctors and patients
Video Clinic India and VCI - Doctors is a combination of apps designed specially to digitally connect doctors to their patients.
This app gives patients the convenience to book their video consultations with their existing doctors or with new doctors from the comfort of their homes. Post-consultation ePrescriptions and daily activity tracker with comprehensive activity reports make this app one of a kind. The app also features a smart medication reminder that automatically picks medicines prescribed in your prescription and sends you reminders for it.
This app also connects doctors to their patients seamlessly. The doctors can view their patient's activity reports, previous prescriptions, previous medical reports, etc. which assist them in their diagnosis of the patient's ailments.
Business Problem
This project arose from the need of breaking out of the standard face-to-face process of consultation to virtual and digital consultation to avoid putting at risk both the doctor and the patient during these COVID-19 times.
The result was in-depth research into the current telemedicine market in India, followed by research based on the telemedicine guidelines declared by Indian Medical Association.
The client also wanted to ensure that this telemedicine app was unique and set apart from other telemedicine apps in the market. To meet these requirements, we provided a unique concept of combining a health app with a telemedicine app. This means that the app can be used daily to track your activity, instead of using it occasionally when one is unwell.
